THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT AMY AT THE EMAIL BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION- This beautiful young pup is Luna! Luna is about 2 years old and weighs about 50 lbs. She is full of kisses and wiggles and cuddles…unless you are a cat or other small animal…then, no! We adopted Luna from a rescue in CA who, sadly, misinformed us on many of her traits. Most we were able to work with but when she and my other female dogs began to show some competition, we had a hard decision to make ??. She seems to do ok with other male dogs, though. She has been great around adults and my 11 year old daughter but I am not sure how she would be around younger kids. I do know that she can play a bit rough so probably best in a home without wee ones. Luna is kennel trained and does really well in her kennel. She is also up to date on all of her vaccinations, is house broken and microchipped. Luna is very smart and an eager and quick learner. She has had some training but could use a bit of work in walking with a loose leash. This “love pup” deserves a home where she can be the center of your attention and she will reward you with her adoration. Adoption fee is $100 and includes her kennel. If you think you can offer her the loving home she deserves, please contact Amy at email@example.com Tweet July 26th, 2016 Banksy Hi everyone! I am the gentle giant they call Banksy. I am a soft natured and extremely fun 60lb Great Dane mix. I love the outdoors! I just can’t wait to go out and gallop in those wide open spaces. As you can see I don’t mind dipping my toes in the water, but that’s just about it. It’s too cold for me because I am all about being warm, including laying in those nice sunbeams! I like playing with other pups at the park, especially chase games. I also enjoy playing tug, but haven’t quite figured out this game you guys call “fetch”. I am big investigator and love to sniff everything out. I am a very fast learning when it comes to my training as well! I would need to be in a home with no cats and kids over the age of 6. Ready to sniff out the next adventure with me? Then fill out an application today and we can set up a meet! I come to you neutered, vaccinated, and micro-chipped with an adoption fee of $250. Tweet July 26th, 2016 Gloria It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s me, Gloria the Magnificent! Just spend a few moments with me and I will fly right into your heart. I am a 6 year old bulldog/pit bull mix who’s tough exterior masks my BIG heart and all I really want is someone to sit back, relax, and cuddle with! I am a rock star in my play groups with my dog pals and I love people of all ages! No cats in my home though please! And do you know what I would love more than anything? To be with someone in a low key rural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, and to romp around with some doggy pals! Due to rental property breed restrictions, I will require a home that is owned by my new adopters! So come one, come all and meet this cute pit-o-ppotamus! But first, fill out an adoption application so we can set a time to meet! I come to you fixed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. My adoption fee is $250. Tweet July 26th, 2016 Jewel -THIS DOG IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT! THIS IS A COURTESY POST; PLEASE EMAIL AMANDA OR DREW AT THE INFORMATION BELOW- Meet Jewel: She is an affectionate, 5 year old female Great Dane and Doberman mix, approximately 70 lbs. Her owner has terminal cancer and she needs an immediate new home or foster family. She is very sweet and loving with lots of energy – she loves going on runs and runs well on a leash. She would do best with a fenced yard and consistent exercise. She was trained with a doggy door so she will need a similar situation or consistent potty breaks or else she tends to have accidents. She loves people and children and generally gets along well with other dogs. However, she likes to chase cats. Mostly, she is anxious and sad about her Dad being sick and needs lots of cuddles and love and reassurance that everything will be okay! If you or someone you know is looking for a forever companion, please consider Jewel. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com if you have any questions or are interested in meeting her! Tweet July 24th, 2016 Kitty and Woobie –THESE CATS ARE NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT! THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT THE EMAIL BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.- We have two female cats that we don’t want to separate them as they are mother (Kitty (12ish) – white) and daughter (Woobie (10ish)) and have been together since Woobie was born. They are both very sweet girls who love to cuddle. They are very loving and timid — Woobie more than Kitty. They have never been around dogs or kids longer than a few hours but are super loving to and would adjust. They are inside cats only. We are looking for the right home for them. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are asking a re-homing fee $100 for both. Tweet July 24th, 2016 Buster Hi everyone! My name is Buster and I am just handsome 7.5 month old 30 lb terrier mix looking for some love! My hobbies include playing ball, playing with squeaker toys, and most of all-playing on your heartstrings when I snuggle up next to you for some cuddle time. Since I am still a young lad, I will need someone who is confident and has the time and patience to work on the training basics, as PUPPY CLASSES ARE MANDATORY FOR MY ADOPTION. Because of my young wiggles, I need to be in a home with kids ages 10 and up and no cats. But I enjoy playing with my new dog pals here at Pixie, but my play style can be a bit confusing to other dogs, so another confident dog in the household that likes to play the same way I do would be just fine! I do have some social sensitivities that require me to be in a quiet low-key home that is owned by my adopters. A big backyard would be even better!! If you love to play as much as I do, but also love some snuggle time on the side, then fill out an application today so we can meet! I come to you vaccinated, neutered, and micro-chipped with an adoption fee of $250. Tweet July 21st, 2016 Toby -THIS DOG IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH PIXIE. THIS IS COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT THE NUMBER BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION- I just can’t seem to catch a break! I was on here a few weeks ago and lots of nice people called and I thought I had found my forever home with a really nice lady, but then she found out she couldn’t keep me, so here I am again! Sheesh! All I want is someone to love! So here it goes… My name’s Toby and I’m looking for my best friend forever. For the last 8 years, since I was a puppy, I have lived with my elderly mom. But she had some “life things” happen and I am now looking for my next adventure with you! I’m called a “Rat Terrier” which is weird because I like all little animals; I even had a squirrel as a best friend one time. I like cats and other dogs too, but I’d probably do best if it’s just me. I love to cuddle and sleep under the covers. All I really want is a place and person to call my own again. I’m really fun to have around, I don’t bark a lot and I love to be by your side! I like to do stuff with you outside too, and go on car rides! I listen and mind really, really well and I’m about 25 lbs and the Doc says I’m healthy… So I guess I am pretty much the perfect dog… If I do say so myself! I have a really nice foster family that you can call to find out about me. So the sooner you call the sooner you could fall in love with me…just sayin’. Call 503-866-6661. Tweet July 20th, 2016 Gus -THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH PIXIE! THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT JESSICA AT THE NUMBER BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION- Looking for a fur ever home for my 9 year old neutered all white cat named Gus. Divorce forces me to rehome him as I already have two small dogs and my future rental will only allow for that. He is declawed in front, recently had rabies vaccine and no current health problems. I do keep him on a urinary tract food made by pro plan because several years ago he had a U.T.I that showed crystals in his urine. I guess it can be common in male cats. He is mellow/easy going when in a relaxed environment but at the vet is mean and will bite. He may take a little bit to warm up to someone. He’s used to dogs, other cats and even farm animals but I’m not sure how he would do with small children. He’s a come to you when he wants kind of cat. will include food, crate, unlimited food feeder and anything else I have left over. Need to find new home by August 15th as that is when I’m moving. My contact info is Jessica Chisman 971-227-8596. Tweet Page 1 2 3 4 5 ...10 20 ...?Last ? DONATE ADOPT VOLUNTEER EVENTS PIXIE NEWS SUBSCRIBE 510 N.E.
